1-800-HISPANO is a social enterprise that provides Hispanics with the necessary tools to make better decisions.

1-800-HISPANO is passionately committed to bettering the daily life experience of Hispanics by providing them with resources and access to high quality services that aid in their empowerment and acculturation to the US.

 

 

 

 

Description of Services:

1-800-HISPANO provides resources and any type of information to the Hispanic community. Our knowledge-base consists of all types of useful information gathered from our interactions with users, service providers and other databases for Hispanics and is tailored to their respective demography.

 

Users call 1-800-HISPANO and ask for information, free of charge, that is of interest to them; information about  English classes, legal procedures on their countries of origin, public programs, permits, and employment to name a few.

 

1-800-HISPANO’s live operators provide basic information and answers to the doubts or anxieties that callers may have.  In the event a call requires handling by a service provider in our directory, warm transfers are provided in real-time to resolve the caller’s question to their complete satisfaction.  Additionally, the caller and service provider respectively are notified via text message or email of the information exchanged.
